2023 SunSmart WA Endurance Championships

On Saturday the 14th of October, the first Carnival on the 23/24 season kicked off at Sorrento Surf Lifesaving Club.
The SunSmart WA Endurance Championships is an event for all age groups, and challenges participants on longer distance events.
The schedule saw members compete in events such as; 3 KM Beach Run, 7 KM Ski Paddle, 3.5 KM Board Paddle, Nipper Gold, and 2 KM Swim, as well as many more.
Whilst we had many medalists throughout the morning, Trigg Island SLSC fell short on the club standings, finishing overall second place with 202 points, with Sorrento SLSC finishing first with a total of 372 points.
