It’s official.
Our Masters are Back to Back SLSWA Masters Club Champions, after a close battle between Trigg Island SLSC, and Sorrento.
After competing in the beach and surf events on the 4th of March, there was a 22 point difference, that meant that with the short course boat events still to occur, it was anyone’s title to be had. Not to be beaten, our Masters rallied together and last minute entered a 220+ point Male Boaties crew, who came 3rd on Saturday 16th March.
We also had a women’s team entered, but unfortunately due to illness they couldn’t compete.

With the bronze medal efforts of the boaties, our Masters stayed ahead, winning their second consecutive Championship Title, 16 points clear of 2nd placed Sorrento SLSC.
